Life Through Food is a collection of life friendly recipes to connect you to the everyday moments that tell the story of real living.
The recipes I’ve written for this eBook are designed to highlight the connective power that food can have when it’s adapted to suit our lives and when I was figuring out which recipe I wanted to share with you this week, I decided to pick the simplest recipe in the book.
Plucked from a section of the book titled ‘COOKING FOR YOURSELF’, my recipe for a Wedge Salad with Chickpeas & Truffle Feta is an assembly job more than it is an actual recipe, and it makes use of the very little time we have in between getting in from work and getting on with the rest of our lives.
Structured around the idea of trying to eat as healthily as possible but still enjoying your food, I feel this recipe very much encompasses the ethos on which the whole eBook was written so I hope by reading this recipe, you get a glimpse into the world of Life Through Food.
