It’s the food talk that exists every single day. It’s natural, it’s honest and more than anything, it’s realistic.
I work a full time job, manage a house, look after a dog (his name is Waffle and he’s a weapon), apply myself to an inappropriate social schedule and still manage to cook myself something to eat every single day.
My recipes have been featured in publications such as Quench, Blasus, Buzz and the Western Mail and I have been mentioned in BBC Good Food magazine, on Buzzfeed.com, in the Love Food/Hate Waste campaign, and have been featured on the In Yo Mouth podcast. I have also written three eBooks that I offer for free on this website to bring my recipes to my reader in a personal and direct way.
I want to share my recipes and experiences with you in the hope that you too will be able to develop a relationship with food, find a casual solace in cooking and can find a way of incorporating both into your lifestyle.
